Location: Home based – within 2-3 hour commute of Carlisle (North of England/Scotland)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (36 hour per week Monday to Friday)

Role
This role has been created to help and support the field-based sales team across Enesco. The primary focus will be the UK, Germany and Austria, but, where language skills allow, we may also look at other countries. This is not a sales role in the traditional sense. There may be an aspect of taking orders, but the primary focus is to provide qualified new customer leads to the sales team by using online information, purchased databases and other tools. Whilst the role will work with the field sales team, it will report to the Sales Director. The successful applicant will be fluent in both German and English. Any additional languages are a bonus.
Main Responsibilities
• To prospect new customers, by type and geography, using both incoming leads and external data across the UK, Germany and Austria, and any other appropriate markets.
• To research new channels and the potential opportunities within those channels.
• Using Pixsell (our iPad-based selling tool), to create opportunities and leads for the sales team.
• To attend trade shows as required.
• To support ongoing promotions with existing customers.
• To work closely with the field sales teams across Europe in growing and strengthening our sales.
• To help maintain the integrity of the data held within our systems.
• To have a good understanding of all the ranges and products sold by Enesco.
• To help with new range launches, promoting them to the customer base.
