CN Group Business Awards 2014

CN Group, Cumbria’s leading newspaper and multi-media publisher organised the awards in association with Cumbria Business Hub and Rural Business Network.
Enesco entered three of the fifteen categories: Exporter of the Year, Customer Service Excellence and Best Use of Digital and/or Social Media . We were delighted to be shortlisted in all three of the categories, this being the first year we had entered! The winners were announced at a black-tie gala dinner held at Carlisle Racecourse on 16th October.
On the night, Christine Jones, Director of Customer Relations and Rob Freestone, Finance & Operations Director received the award on behalf of the company for Customer Service Excellence!
The judges described us as having a slick, professional operation that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations. It commends all our hard work in all areas of the business in delivery of exceptional customer service.
This is a great achievement for our business and to receive such recognition from our home business community gives us enormous pride and confidence for the future.
